Well, they are new to me. Last saturday, i found this great book in the library. I justed LOVED his style! So, i got on the net and found a few more like him. The look is pretty commerical retro. Something you might see in an advertisement or in a children's book in the 50's or 60's. I just LOVE it! I guess i thought i should share:

This is Tim Biskup. He's a contemporary. Some of his stuff is a little too psychedelic for me...
This is Mary Blair. You may recognize her stuff if you ever watch Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland or Peter Pan... just lovely...
